For Business Entities:

Submit the following documents certified as True Copy by your Corporate Secretary:
• SEC Certificate of Registration/Incorporation or DTI Certificate of Registration (for Sole Proprietorship)
• Articles of Incorporation/Partnership (or its equivalent), and By-Laws
• Latest General Information Sheet (GIS) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
• Latest Audited Financial Statements
• Supporting corporate documents, e.g. Business Permits and Licenses

Other requirements are as follows:
• Notarized Secretary’s Certificate of Board Resolution, authorizing the Business to open a GLOBALINKS account.
• Photocopy of at least one (1) government-issued photo bearing ID of each authorized signatory
• Company Profile
• Two (2) Globalinks signature cards, filled out and signed by all authorized signatories
